There are several ways to download your images:

As ZIP via the website
All images within a job can be downloaded at once, by clicking the “Download ZIP file” button. Downloading the compressed file will begin immediately.
When downloading is complete, you can unzip the ZIP file using free software like Winzip, Winrar or Stuffit. Downloading the complete ZIP file is the fastest way to retrieve your images.
Via FTP
You can download files using FTP in the same way that you can upload using FTP. Open the FTP client and the folder you used to upload the images. The isolated (and additionally processed) images will be in the subfolder marked “Clipped.”
Forwarding link to ZIP
You can also have a link to the job forwarded to someone, for example if the images have to be assessed by someone else. The job will then be shown on a secure page without access to your account or other settings.

FTP Drop
FTP Drop means you automatically receive your isolated (and additionally processed) images in a specified FTP directory. After creating a new job and uploading you images, but before requesting a quotation, you can check the “FTP Drop” box to receive a ZIP file of your isolated images in a specified FTP directory.

NB: Here too, you can test the entered FTP details to see if our application connects to your FTP server.
NB: If the FTP Drop is not working, the ZIP file might be too large for the specified FTP directory. We therefore recommend only using FTP Drop for jobs up to 2GB.
1 by 1 via the website
You can also download individual images by clicking the download icon ( ) below the thumbnails.
Job archived
Jobs can be downloaded for a period of three weeks. After this period the images will be removed from the Mister Clipping servers and the job (information) will be archived.
